Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior SAP consultant with deep experience in the Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) module for the Upstream Oil & Gas sector. You will deliver system implementations, manage special projects, and bridge business and technical solutions.

  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
  • Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
  • Maintain billable client charging, assist with leading delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Experience leading and managing SAP PRA module implementations for Upstream Oil & Gas clients.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expert guidance on SAP PRA functionalities, division order, production accounting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to conduct system configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of SAP consulting experience focused on the PRA module.
  • Successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
  • Experience developing functional specifications.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs (estimated 60%+).

    • Ideally, you'll also have

  • Prior consulting industry experience.
  • SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
  • Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of the core module.
  • Additional SAP Finance certificates.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
