Program Manager in South Windsor
The Program Manager for Custom Orthopedic Solutions will act as an expeditor, assisting with the day-to-day operations through program tracking, case management, customer service, and administrative assistance to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor case status and communicate directly with members of the design and customer service teams to expedite cases through the design process.
- Efficiently communicate and request case information directly with distributors, sales representatives, and surgeons to ensure all necessary information is provided in a timely manner.
- Participate in regulatory reporting, including FDA and other OUS regulatory bodies.
- Support documentation and case tracking related to OsteoFab Custom projects and cases.
- Review and proof case-related documents promptly.
- Collaborate with Engineering & Compliance for regulatory and compliance issues related to custom cases.
- Work as a member of a cross-functional team to track cases.
- Communicate effectively with Customer Service and Manufacturing teams as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams.
- Assist the Director of Custom Orthopedic Solutions as needed.
- Assist in maintaining ISO quality documents to current processes and standards, specifically maintaining OsteoFab Customs procedures.
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Interest in Orthopedics and the medical device / medical field is very helpful.Technical aptitude or engineering exposure is also a plus.College degree or the equivalent in anatomy and / or interest & experience in orthopedics and biomechanics is preferred.Experience communicating with professionals in the medical field, specifically surgeons, is preferred.Experience with worksheets, databases (Excel, etc.), and project tracking software.Exceptional organizational skills.Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize effectively.Superb written and verbal communication skills.Aptitude for learning new software and systems.Ability to work both individually and as a team member.Work Environment :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Windsor, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
