We are currently looking for a Contracts Clerk for our Business Office in Irving, TX! If you have experience, please apply!

What You'll Do

• Accurately process all car deals on a daily basis.
• Review and verify the accuracy of incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax within deals.
• Extract warranties and GAP policies for processing, including handling cancellations.
• Process trade-in payoffs promptly, including reconciling any payoff discrepancies.
• Handle all steps required for rollbacks efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and dealership operations.
