Center For Health Equity Coordinator

The Center For Health Equity (CHE) Coordinator provides administrative support for the Center For Health Equity, including support for the Chief Health Equity Officer, VP of Corporate Culture, and the AVP of Employee Engagement. The CHE Coordinator is responsible for managing a variety of CHE projects, programs, and administrative functions in the department.
As part of the essential functions of this role, the CHE Coordinator :
Qualified candidate will have an Associate degree, with Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 5 years experience in a clerical support / customer service role, with an additional 2 years experience in budget management, project management using p.m. software, and ERG management strongly preferred; excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.
Education : Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience : Five (5) years of administrative experience in a clerical support or customer service role required; Two (2) years of experience in budget management, project management using p.m. software (such as Monday.com), and ERG management strongly preferred
