An Access Management architect will be responsible for designing and implementing access management solutions for Xalient’s customers in North America.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze enterprise access management requirements
- Identify access management opportunities and recommend best practices solutions for single sign-on, federation, multi-factor authentication, etc.
- Sales support through scoping, estimating, and proposing access management projects
- Lead technical implementation and integration engagements, including migration from legacy access management systems
- Access Management solution analysis, design, and problem solving
- Consult directly with cross-departmental client teams to define and evaluate policies, standards and solutions for enterprise and business use cases
Professional Experience
5+ years progressive and current work experience as consultant in access management solution integration with PingOne and other solutions like ForgeRock (Ping AIC), Entra ID, Okta Identity Engine, Okta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0)5+ years of experience working with SAML, OAuth and OpenID ConnectExperience with Ping Davinci orchestration and Okta workflow functionalityTechnical implementation experience implementing multi-factor authentication solutions such as WebAuthn (FIDO), native authenticator apps, Duo, YubiKeyImplementation experience working with Microsoft Active Directory (familiar with forest and domain design, trusts, directory structure, GPO and security best practices)Experience scripting in PowerShell or JavaScript, as well as understanding of various API protocols (e.g. REST, GraphQL)Experience with designing and building both workforce and customer (CIAM) access management implementationsPrior work experience as consultant with systems integration companyExcellent written and communication skills requiredConsultant must be able to communicate complex technical issues and conceptsStrong and consistent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyMust be able to work independentlyAbility to travel when neededCertifications
