Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and research potential client companies in directed areas.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Make a high volume of daily outreach attempts to introduce our staffing services
- Qualify prospective clients by identifying hiring needs, decision-makers, and timelines
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales or account managers
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Learn staffing industry terminology, client pain points, and sales best practices
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate availability and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
