The role requires proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and Excel, with experience in developing KPI dashboards and monetizing data preferred. The candidate must be a results-oriented builder, capable of turning relationships into results and ideas into sustainable revenue streams. They should be adept at driving revenue growth, shaping program strategy, and leading a team to ensure operational excellence and measurable outcomes. The role also involves extensive external engagement, representing the company at various events, and strengthening relationships with key partners.
