Job descriptionAcute Beds : 13 Swing Beds : average 4 / utilize within the 13 medsurg acute bed Acuity : Variable, Pneumonia, Sepsis, Weakness, DKA, Resp failure Volume : Minimum census : 2-4 Average daily census : 8 Average weekly admissions : 12-20 approx. Average daily discharges : 1-4 Average LOS : Med Surg : 4 days 2025 (10 months ended October 2025) - 12 Total ICU : 2 OBs (combined with med / surg & ICU) : 1 Swing : 3 2024 - 11 total ICU : 2 OBs (combined with med / surg & ICU) : 1 Swing - 3 EMR : Cerner Onsite Subspeciality Support : General Surgery, Anesthesia, Ortho, Podiatry, 24 / 7 OB Coverage Experience + Qualifications : Intubations and Central Lines Leading codes Rapid Responses Compensation and Benefits : $100 / shift - travel $600 / shift - PEDS coverage Eligible for PRIME 92% of billings wRVU : $100 / shift - travel $600 / shift - PEDS coverage Eligible for PRIME wRVU Threshold = 14.25 wRVU Payment above threshold average for the quarter = $29.69 Independent Contractor (1099) Malpractice Insurance Covered by RPG Call room available on site
