Hardware Engineer - Wilsonville, OR (Onsite | Full-Time)
Overview :
This position involves creating and supporting advanced electronic designs used in complex technology products. You'll participate in architecture planning, schematic development, board-level design, and hands-on validation work, collaborating closely with other engineering groups throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop digital circuits, processor-based boards, real-time systems, and related hardware components
- Lead high-speed design projects from initial concept through production release
- Evaluate and select components in partnership with vendors and internal teams
- Produce and review schematics, block diagrams, and design documentation
- Guide PCB layout activities and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Perform board bring-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting to resolve hardware issues
- Work with software / firmware teams during system integration and performance tuning
- Participate in technical reviews and provide input on requirements and feasibility
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in hardware development or related engineering disciplinesBackground working with high-speed designs or communication-oriented hardwareFamiliarity with schematic and PCB tools such as Cadence or OrCADUnderstanding of PCB stack-up, layout constraints, and signal-integrity conceptsStrong debugging abilities and experience using common lab instrumentsCore Competencies :
