Camp Bighorn is an outdoor adventure camp that seeks to embody the love of Jesus and develop Christ-honoring leaders. Bighorn's core values are based on Matthew 22 : 37-39, which include loving God and loving others.
The Office Administrator's role in representing Bighorn is critical to the success of our mission. This person will work closely with the Administrative Director to welcome guests, field inquiries, distribute contracts and communication, assist with guest registration, and other office related projects.
Responsibilities :
- Provide a hospitable welcome to guests over the phone and in person
- Field questions, answer and redirect where appropriate
- Prepare and issue guest contracts
- Monitor registrations, log payments, create reports with camp registration software
- Seasonal administrative projects, as assigned

General Camp Bighorn Responsibilities :
Engage in regular spiritual habits and practices (e.g. Scripture reading, prayer, journaling, etc)Participate in weekly staff meetings, scheduled training, and occasional staff retreatsInvest in relationships with staff, guests, students, and interns by dedicating intentional time, offering encouragement, and being available for support and guidanceProvide top tier hospitality in welcoming guestsMaintain a clean, professional appearance on site at Camp BighornParticipate in Turnaround, dishes, kitchen help, retreat hosting, and programmingDrive a 15-passenger van for programmed events, as neededRaise the required salary by seeking out churches, organizations, and individuals who are willing to partner with you in ministry (resources, training, and networking support are available)Other duties as assignedSubmit to the leadership of the Executive and Administrative Directors, actively supporting and following guidance while maintaining open communicationTime : Full-Time Year Round
