Job overview : Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They build significant connections with customers, uncover their needs, and educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role in which new associates work with their team and proactively build skills. Successful completion of new employee training is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, delivering a world-class experience and building loyalty by :
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, via Customer Care, or in-store).
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
Becomes skilled with and uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate :
In-store coverage, network performance, and product benefits.How plans and services enable unlimited connectivity and value for customers.Training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, systems and resources.Stay informed about innovations in wireless and technology during shifts.Establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to :
Own the customer experience and resolve issues to prevent runarounds.Identify and hand off small business leads.Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.The experience you'll bring
