The Opportunity JMW is expanding our team of Delivery Leaders. Note : This is not an IT / technology position.

We Seek : Accomplished transformation professionals with :

8-12 years' relevant experience

Expertise in large-scale organizational change

Proven track record in delivering complex engagements

Strong program leadership and facilitation skills

Ideal Candidates Have :

Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations

Background working with Fortune 500 organizations

Capital project consulting experience

Executive coaching and advisory experience

Key Responsibilities :

Lead high-impact transformation programs

Facilitate executive alignment sessions ( 25+ participants )

Manage $1M+ engagement portfolios

Bridge strategy and execution for maximum impact

Essential Qualifications :

Exceptional business and financial acumen

Management consulting background ( industry focus preferred )

Ability to navigate complex global organizations

Established C-suite credibility

Program management expertise

History of long-term client relationships

Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change

Strategic partnership development skills

Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach

Proven large-group facilitation abilities

Commitment to continuous learning and client success

Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Willingness to travel 50%+
