PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Location : Little Rock, AR

Our client is a medium-sized US-based manufacturing company with operations and most customers in the US. Established since the 1970s, the company is experiencing growth and expanding its plant in Central Arkansas.

We are seeking a candidate with a BS in Chemical Engineering or a similar 4-year engineering degree, with over 10 years of progressive product development experience in a polymers-related processing industry (experience with PET, OPP, EVOH). At least 3 years of experience in films, laminations, or flexible packaging is required. The role involves Stage Gate reviews, commercialization, and interaction with operations, process engineering, sales, customers, and suppliers. The company values stable work histories due to low employee turnover.

The starting salary is in the low $100,000s, with excellent healthcare benefits and a matching 401(k). Relo assistance is available. Note : The client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.
