Construction Project Manager- Commercial (Charlotte)

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage complex commercial initiatives, coordinate multiple teams, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Lead on-site teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and field staff, to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
• Prepare detailed project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and track progress against key performance indicators.
• Support team development, mentorship, and collaboration to foster a high-performing, results-driven work environment.
