Tower Support Technician (ST3 / 4)

Job Summary :

Tower Support Technician (ST3) will work as part of a four-person construction crew or a two-person maintenance team. The ST3 will be responsible for performing various construction and maintenance tasks of communications equipment on vertical assets at elevated heights. ST3 will be assigned to a crew / team and deploy for 6-8 week rotations depending on workload.

Construction tasks include :

• Installing cellular and microwave antenna systems at elevated heights.
• Terminating, testing, and routing fiber, coaxial, data, and power cables.
• Aligning and optimization of antennas.
• Removing end of life equipment from vertical assets.
