We are seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join a new program in Manchester, NH. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Level III trauma center. The ideal candidate is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency department.
Assignment Details :
- Setting : Hospital Emergency Department – Level III Trauma
- Shift Schedule : 12-hour shifts – 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
- Coverage Needs : All shifts, including nights and weekends
- Call Requirements : No call
- Patient Volume : Approximately 80 patients per day
Key Responsibilities :
Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages with urgent and critical needs.Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute conditions.Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the facility’s EMR system.Stabilize and coordinate transfer of patients requiring a higher level of care as necessary.Requirements :
Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (EM) – required.Active New Hampshire medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.Strong clinical skills with experience in trauma and acute care.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Manchester offers a blend of city amenities and small-town charm.
