Practice Details :

Collaborative Team : Join a dynamic group of 6 experienced physicians and 4 advanced practice providers , fostering a supportive and collegial environment.

Balanced Call Schedule : Enjoy a manageable 1 : 6 call rotation , ensuring work-life balance.

High-Volume Practice : Participate in approximately 1,200 deliveries annually , offering robust clinical experience.

Advanced Neonatal Care : Partner with CHOP-affiliated providers in our Level II NICU , ensuring exceptional care for newborns.

Integrated Midwife Services : Collaborate with our dedicated Midwife Clinic located off-site, with OB physicians rotating once per week for continuity of care.

Requirements :

Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Strong interest in providing a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic care , including surgical procedures

Demonstrated clinical excellence and outstanding communication skills

A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, team-oriented care in a collaborative environment

New or recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits Highlights :

Competitive Starting Compensation : $375,000 - $400,000 (reflects total compensation, excluding bonuses and incentives)
