Job Summary :

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to build a resilient digital framework for a global company. We're looking for a Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Leader to join our Security Leadership Team. In this fully remote role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our entire cybersecurity landscape as we undergo a full migration to Microsoft Azure. From day one, you'll be at the helm of architecting our network and security infrastructure across a global platform, making a lasting impact on our digital future.

What you'll do :

• Build a Global Digital Environment : Lead the team to architect, design, and implement robust cybersecurity solutions that leverages Microsoft and other best of breed technologies, securing our digital assets on a global scale.
• Drive Strategic Security Initiatives : Collaborate with leaders across international teams to prioritize and execute cybersecurity strategies that align with our company's objectives and global reach.
• Innovate & Safeguard : Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, using cutting-edge solutions to protect our digital landscape.
• Secure from the Ground Up : Along with your team, oversee the architecture of secure IT networks, systems, and applications that comply with regulatory standards and address the unique needs of a global organization.
• Select & Implement Technologies : Identify and manage security tools, technologies, and services aligned with our cybersecurity strategy and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Support Global Growth : Build security frameworks that are scalable, flexible, and adaptive to support rapid international growth and diverse regional requirements.
• Research & Develop Advanced Solutions : Conduct deep research on global cybersecurity threats, contributing to our continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate Across Time Zones : Work closely with cross-functional teams in IT, Legal, Compliance, and other departments worldwide to integrate security at every level of our operations.
