Occupational Therapist – In-House Subacute Rehabilitation

Our in-house therapy team is dedicated to providing patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house subacute rehabilitation department. If you're passionate about improving quality of life and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in a subacute rehab setting
• Restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function and independence
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate residents and family members on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
