Location : Lumberton, NC | Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM5 PM | Flexible In-Office & Telehealth

We're seeking a Licensed Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. This role includes biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, counseling (individual, family, and group), crisis intervention, and care coordination.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with client / family input.
• Provide routine and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
• Complete timely documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans) per agency guidelines.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other providers.
• Participate in on-call crisis rotation.
• Engage in peer review and agency trainings.
• Offer community education and in-service training as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
