POSITION OVERVIEW : As a Design Engineer II at LJA Land Development , you will be responsible for leading the business development strategy and driving growth for the Land Development practice throughout the West Texas and Panhandle region, including Lubbock, Amarillo, and Midland / Odessa. This client-facing role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients while overseeing strategic planning, quality assurance, and problem resolution. The position may be based in either Lubbock or Midland, depending on candidate preference.
