Customer Service and Operations Assistant
$22-23.00 per hour plus Benefits
Monday to Friday 8am to 5 : 00pm -onsite
National Transportation and Logistics firm hiring a new team member in the Fullerton California area!
The position of Customer Service Representative will have primary responsibility to provide high-level support by assisting customers, both internal and external, and providing accurate data entered in all necessary systems.
Must Haves :
2 plus years of Administrative and Customer / Vendor support in a fast paced environment
Strong Typing / Data entry skills with 10Key
Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficient a must
Transportation / Freight / Logistics experiecne a plus!
- Monitor customer emails
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with freight updates
- Reporting for customers
- Confirming destination and bill-to information
- Documentation reporting for all customers (DO / BL)
