About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on fundraising, business development, and scientific oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Board of Directors and the executive team to achieve strategic business and project-related goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively communicate and sell the company's mission, both internally and externally. The CEO will also be tasked with recruiting and leading the C-level executive team, as well as ensuring that the company's scientific and business strategies are in line with its unique scientific platform and market position.

Professional experience as a successful CEO or C-level executive in an early-stage, growth-oriented biotechnology or biopharmaceutical company is highly valued, particularly with a background in the ADC space and exposure to oncology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital, forming strategic partnerships, and translating scientific knowledge into business strategy. Personal qualities such as intelligence, business judgment, work ethic, and imagination are essential, as is the ability to inspire and retain high-quality individuals. While an advanced degree is desired, it is not required, and the focus will be on the candidate's leadership abilities, decisiveness, and creativity. The role demands a hands-on approach and a passion for building a successful company from the ground up.
