Your Role and Responsibilities

As an LPC with Headway, you will :

Maintain compliance and manage client records with ease.
Engage in ongoing professional development to support both your clients and your career growth.

About You

We’re excited to meet candidates who :

Hold a Master’s level or above LPC licensure (LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S accepted on a state-by-state basis).

Possess a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.

Are eager to launch a new private practice or expand an existing one by accepting insurance.
