We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement behavior plans and provide support in various settings.
Responsibilities :
Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the behavior analyst
Assist in the collection of data on observable client behavior
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized treatment plans
Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Requirements :
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately
Understanding of care plans and their implementation
Proficient in maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
