Sales Development Representative

Reports To : Director of Business Development

BSA is a fully remote digital agency focused on strategic WordPress design and development. We work with mid-market and enterprise brands that need more than just a beautiful sitethey need results. Our team of 40+ designers, developers, PMs, and strategists operates with precision, clarity, and accountability. Sales is no exception.

Role Overview

We're hiring an SDR who's hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This is a top-of-funnel role focused on researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision-makers. You'll work directly with our sales team to identify key accounts, craft personalized outreach, and create the first impression of BSA for potential clients.

This role is not about spamming a listit's about thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and smart communication. You'll use a mix of tools (SalesLoft, LinkedIn, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.) to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP (industries, headcount, revenue, tech stack)
  • Identify decision-makers and create accurate contact lists
  • Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Book qualified discovery calls for AEs
  • Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
  • Work with the sales team to test messaging, optimize targeting, and tighten feedback loops
  • Track KPIs weekly (emails sent, open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, etc.)
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, client case studies, and our core service offerings

Requirements

  • 13 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Strong written communicationmust be able to personalize outreach and speak in BSA's tone
  • Familiar with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
  • Gritty, curious, and coachableyou seek feedback and implement it fast
  • Confident speaking with directors, marketing managers, and C-level execs
  • Bonus Points If You

  • Understand agency sales cycles or web design / development
  • Have tested outbound strategies or written cadences before
  • Have booked $50K+ project deals or enterprise retainers
