Summary :
- The Human Resources Admin / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing administrative support to the Human Resources department while overseeing front desk tasks. Front Desk Management : Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Administrative Support :
Assist with HR processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.Handle mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory.Prepare and distribute documents as needed.Coordinate Uniform distribution for new hires Assist in New Hire Orientation preparation Coordinate Employee Birthday / Anniversary Recognition Post information in the plant and on TVs as needed Customer Service :
Provide basic information to employees and visitors regarding HR policies and procedures.Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Event Coordination :
Help organize internal events and team-building activities.Work Experience / Qualifications :
Bilingual (Spanish / English) required 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in HR.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Excellent customer service attitude.Professional demeanor and appearance.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Solid interpersonal skills.Good organizational skills.Efficiency and accuracy and strong attention to detail.Teamwork / Cooperation – ability to work well with others in a group and cooperate with others.Teamwork / Cooperation – ability to work well with others in a group and cooperate with others.Proficient competency with the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HRIS a plus.
