ENT opening in Augusta, ME - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunityMedical Center in Augusta, Maine, is seeking board-eligible or board-certified Otolaryngologists to join their team and help rebuild their esteemed ENT service line. This opportunity offers a strong referral base and the chance to specialize in various aspects of ENT care.Position Highlights : Work Schedule : 36 clinical hours per week with minimal call volume, supported by 24 / 7 hospitalist coverage.Patient Care : Focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions of the ears, nose, throat, and head and neck, including ear and hearing disorders, sinus disease, and head and neck cancer.Office Location : Located in the newest Medical Center in Augusta, adjacent to Allergy and Audiology departments, and near the expanding Cancer Center.Compensation & Benefits : - Competitive base salary with a robust RVU bonus structure. - Generous retention bonus to support long-term success.
