Join a well-established, team-oriented urology group in Northern Alabama and become part of a practice that's committed to growth, quality care, and your long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for a Urologist seeking a busy, well-supported practice with leadership potential and a path to partnership.

  • Established Group Practice : You'll join a respected team of nine Urologists, plus a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner, with a shared goal of expanding services and patient reach
  • Balanced Clinical & OR Time : Monday-Thursday schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) and a half-day on Friday, with OR typically one to one and a half days weekly at a center equipped with two da Vinci robots
  • Predictable Call Structure : Enjoy a manageable 1 : 5 call rotation (weekdays and weekends), covering both clinic and hospital patients
  • Attractive Compensation & Growth : Financial package up to $500,000 with call included, plus a clear track to partnership within three years, a $3,000 CME allowance, relocation assistance, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits

Candidate Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in Urology (per bylaws)
  • Open to new graduates or up to five years of experience
  • American and international medical graduates welcome (must be eligible to work in the US - visa sponsorship not available)
  • A robotic fellowship is a plus but not required.
