Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Treasurer to architect and lead the company's global treasury and insurance functions during a period of rapid growth and international expansion. This role will drive capital efficiency, liquidity optimization, financial risk management, and scalability across all global entities, ensuring that treasury infrastructure and policies evolve in step with the company's transition toward commercialization.

Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Treasurer will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping decisions that impact the company's global capital structure, funding strategy, and enterprise risk posture.

Responsibilities :

• Define and execute Revolution Medicines' global treasury strategy, aligning capital structure, liquidity, and risk management with the company's growth and commercialization objectives.
• Serve as a senior advisor to the VP, Finance, CFO, and executive leadership on cash deployment, investment alternatives, and financial risk mitigation.
• Establish a forward-looking framework for treasury scalability across systems, processes, and organizational design.

The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is $256,000$320,000 USD. Our base pay salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual base pay salary is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
