Seeking a Strong Line Cook who has all around good experience with working the line and expediting to work 3 - 5 shifts. Hiring Immediately. Great place to work! Must have food handlers license and flexible schedule. Must be available Saturday and Sunday for Brunch or Dinner shifts.

Kubeh, is a restaurant in the West Village, that's one of a kind in NYC, celebrating authentic dishes from Israel, Iraq, Syria and Kurdistan. Kubeh has gotten wonderful praise by NY Magazine, Infatuation, Michelin Guide, NPR and much more. The highlight of the restaurant is Kubeh, a sort of Middle Eastern dumpling. Among other dishes, traditional Kubeh dishes to innovative variations are served.

Requirements include :

• At least 2 years experience as a line cook in a similar environment.
• You have food handler's license in NY
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency
• Experience expediting tickets while cooking.
• Fast Knife skills.
• Ability to work clean and organized.
• Positive attitudes are a must!!
