Job description$0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase OR Increased Weekly Minimum Pay : 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300! Truck Driver Orientation pay $5,000 - paid in first 120 days! Week 2 = $1,200 120 Days = $2,300 Truck Driver Orientation Info : Single rooms Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provide Truck Driver Loyalty Pay 401(k) w / employer match Top-of-the-line equipment Rider & Pet Policy Affordable medical, dental, prescription, & vision insurance Short-term disability, critical illness, & whole-term life insurance Paid vacation (vacation pay after 6 months) & paid holidays CDL Driver Referral pay $1,500 New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years No DUI in the past 10 years Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
