Role Overview

The Chief Of Staff / Investor Operations Partner will serve as a central operator supporting two senior partners, ensuring all investor workflows run smoothly and no detail falls through the cracks. This role blends investment operations, investor-relations-adjacent communication, personal workflow support, and process ownership. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, brings exceptional judgment, and balances analytical thinking with high-quality execution. Candidates with EA experience supporting founders in tech companies are also well-suited for this role.
