Location : Stamford, CT (This position is 100% onsite).

Compensation : $95,000 - $115,000

Title : National Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
As the National Marketing Manager for Drive Shack and Puttery, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both national campaigns and localized marketing efforts across our portfolio of immersive entertainment venues. This role is equal parts creative execution, project management, and brand support, helping bring our experiences to life both online and on-site.
You'll work cross-functionally with venue teams, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are executed flawlessly. From coordinating influencer visits and local activations to supporting campaign rollouts and venue openings, you'll be central to keeping our marketing engine firing on all cylinders.
This is a dynamic role for a resourceful, high-energy marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves hospitality, and is eager to grow with two brands.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Venue Support
Assist in developing marketing plans and toolkits for national and regional campaigns
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and signage to venues
Coordinate with operations and events teams on in-market promotions and campaigns
Manage internal calendars, timelines, and campaign rollouts
Support venue marketing initiatives, including F&B updates, retail launches, and local awareness efforts
Influencer & Local Marketing
Manage influencer partnerships : outreach, coordination, deliverables, and post-visit recaps
Build and maintain local influencer and partner databases
Support grassroots marketing initiatives including B2B drops, local partnerships, and seasonal promotions
Collaborate with the social and content team to amplify UGC and influencer content
Content & Shoot Coordination
Support the planning and execution of lifestyle and campaign photoshoots
Own shot lists, schedules, and creative needs in coordination with the Creative and Content teams
Assist with styling, prop management, and day-of logistics to ensure successful shoots
Marketing Operations
Serve as liaison between venue teams and creative department for design and asset needs
Track status of creative requests and ensure timely delivery to field teams
Maintain shared marketing calendars, venue asset inventories, and print timelines
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to inform marketing decisions

Qualifications
35 years of experience in marketing, brand, or event coordination (hospitality / entertainment a strong plus)
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, content creation, or influencer programs
Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through
Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Canva, Asana (or similar project management tools), and Microsoft Teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
