Information Technology Manager

Job Description :

Prepare project budgets, estimate project costs, and manage delivery of projects. Manage staff including hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, and team building. Maintain effective communication with Project stakeholders and provide status reports to Leadership team. Provide leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones. Function as business relationship manager to assist in the direction, analysis, definition, and prioritization of the business requirements with business stakeholders. Perform systems analysis and design to support projects and requests-data analysis, business process analysis, hardware, and software analysis. Data model design, program specifications, and project request estimates. Design and implement Oracle EDI interface solutions, B2B transactions, and APIs. Map Arrow's Business Integration requirements to EDI integration standards and Oracle application data structures. Manage and support Arrow's extensive EDI landscape and Oracle E-Business Suite Integration interfaces. Mentor team members on issues related to the design, development, and roll-out of software systems and critical integration checkpoints.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 10 years of experience as Information Technology Manager, Application Engineer, Senior Technology Architect, or related occupation. Also requires the following skills : 1. implementing Oracle E-Business Suite modules; 2. implementing ITIL processes and using ITSM tools; and 3. implementing data structures.

Position reports to office in Centennial, CO. Position may work from home but must live within commuting distance of stated office.

We are offering a salary of $214,698 to $236,167 / year.
