Position Overview:
The role involves comprehensive, long-term primary care in a well-supported outpatient setting. You’ll see patients across all age groups, managing acute conditions, chronic diseases, and preventive services. The clinic supports a team-based care model with integrated access to behavioral health, care coordinators, and medical assistants. Physicians are encouraged to participate in practice development, population health efforts, and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
