Pay Rate : $1382.35 - $1514.70

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Ponca City, OK. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

OTA-OK

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

Proper State License

Skilled Nursing / long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)

Rehab Optima (Net Health)

Negative COVID 19 test required (usually within 7-10 days of start)

COVID-19 Vaccination card / documentation - No Declinations Accepted
