Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Sterling, VA

Pay rate : $18.00 / hr

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8 : 00A-5 : 00P

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and inspect all incoming shipments; accurately stock materials in designated locations.
• Accurately pick, process, and package outgoing customer orders using warehouse management software.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) and potentially delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control, maintain accurate records, and support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations.
