Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The LPN / LVN will assist with patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide basic patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the healthcare provider.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other procedures as needed.
• Document patient care and communicate any changes in patient status to the RN or physician.
• Support the healthcare team in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
