Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Process purchase orders and verify details to ensure accuracy.

Assist with administrative tasks to support the customer service department.

Monitor and report trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements :

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage filing and record-keeping efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in using computer systems and applications relevant to customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work on-site in Addison, Texas.
