Seven Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Manager to lead the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Panama City, Florida . This is a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity ideal for a nurse with strong critical care experience and a passion for clinical excellence, staff development, and patient-centered care offering $90,000 to $100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As the ICU Nurse Manager, you will :

Oversee the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring safe and efficient patient care

Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to ICU nursing staff

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and state / federal regulations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations

Manage staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget planning for the ICU

Serve as a clinical resource and support system for complex patient care issues

Qualifications

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of ICU experience , with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (CCRN preferred)

Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to manage teams in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
