We are a company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We sell products through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, and eBay. We specialize in everyday and high-value items. Currently looking for ways to increase sales and expand into other niche markets.

Role Description

We need a data analyst to build sales and customer interaction patterns, determine the most profitable products, and, based on data from various sources and databases, decide which product the business should invest in next to maximize revenue. This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst located in Charlotte, NC. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include data cleaning, data modeling, and generating reports. The Data Analyst will collaborate with team members to identify trends and patterns, create visualizations, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity will be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Modeling
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Statistics
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting data insights
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) and techniques
• Experience in using SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
• Understanding relational database concepts and design rules
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
