As a SLED Account Executive , you'll be the strategic force behind expanding our client's footprint across state and local government agencies. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while guiding cross-functional teams and cultivating long-term partnerships that drive measurable outcomes.

Own and drive the full sales cycle with state and local government customersBuild trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makersUnderstand agency goals and align our client's learning platform to their workforce development needsEducate customers on value through jointly defined success criteria and usage insightsLead cross-functional account teams (SEs, BDRs, CSMs) to develop winning strategiesForecast, manage pipeline, and execute mutual buying plansTravel to customer sites and events to deepen relationships and accelerate dealsWho You Are

5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or 3 years with an advanced degreeProven success closing SLED contracts and navigating multi-threaded sales cyclesFamiliarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other value-based selling frameworksExperience selling multi-year SaaS contracts to C-Suite and senior government leadersStrong business development, prospecting, and pipeline management skillsExceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilitiesExpert on Solution-Selling, Customer-centric Selling, Strategic Selling, the Challenger sale, Business Impact Selling and / or Value SellingWork Location & Travel
Remote positionCould travel up to 40%The ability to travel, while not required is encouraged.
