Job description

Dental Assistant needed in San Diego, CA!

Join a supportive, patient-focused private practice in San Diego! We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who is eager to grow and provide excellent care in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule, Full Time, 32 hours per week

Monday & Wednesday : 8 AM - 5 PM

Tuesday & Thursday : 7 AM - 4 PM

Occasional Fridays are helpful but not required

Pay and Compensation

$22 to $27 per hour, depending on experience
401K with matching

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain strong infection control and cleanliness

Provide excellent patient care and education

Chairside assisting and anticipating doctor and patient needs

Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories

Take x-rays and impressions (traditional and digital)

Assist with supply management and basic equipment maintenance

Help with light office housekeeping

Support front desk or float as needed

Requirements

X-ray and CPR certification

DA or RDA accepted

Experience preferred, training available for motivated candidates

Dentrix knowledge is a plus

Friendly, reliable, eager to learn, and a team player

Reliable transportation

Comfortable with background check and work history verification
