Overview

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Toxic Tort practice group in California, in either our Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions.
  • Prepare for mediations and trial.

Qualifications

  • Admitted in California.
  • 4+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial.
  • Strong writing, strategic thinking, and prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice.

    • Benefits

  • Annualized salary range : $110,000-$165,000; actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other factors.
