Associate Director, Strategy & Transformation
The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team within Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a highly analytical, business-minded, passionate program leader to join our team. The S&T team utilizes the RTX Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) methodology to maximize cost reduction, quality improvement, and enhance customer experience while achieving compliance. This role requires working with RTX corporate organization and business unit leaders to shape enterprise strategies, drive cross-functional initiatives, and execute plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high visibility environment, be well organized and agile, solving hard problems with out-of-the-box solutions. The Associate Director position will actively engage key ES service areas including Business Solutions, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, and Real Estate in support of the RTX transformation portfolio. In addition to transformation, you will also support other key strategic initiatives for ES and the S&T organization, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The role regularly interacts with RTX senior leaders, at the corporate and business unit levels, keeping them updated on strategic initiatives and other related activities. Building strong relationships across all business units and functions in organizations that participate in strategic initiatives is critical success.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
