Senior Manager, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain

The Senior Manager will lead process design and capability development across several key areas including Vein-to-Vein (V2V), Demand Allocation and Finished Goods Master Planning, Cryo Planning, and Lenti / RM MPS / MRP. They will also support reporting and analytics capability development. In addition, the incumbent will participate in developing logistics transportation planning capabilities, such as determining the appropriate use of air or ground transport for specific lanes, in collaboration with JJT and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the current system scope, which includes ATSM, COI / C, and ATPS. The Senior Manager will work closely with the ATSC JJT team to define and implement system architecture and projects that support the desired capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the ATSC TranSCend team to ensure that integration requirements are defined and met and that solutions are consistent across platforms.
  • Driving the global standardization of planning processes and solutions.
  • Support the enablement of a unified reporting and analytics platform and help define and evolve the long-term planning tool strategy in alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Develop and maintain a Capability Maturity Model to assess and guide the evolution of planning capabilities.
  • Leading, and managing cross-functional projects aimed at developing and deploying planning capabilities.
  • Align capability requirements with end users, Process Excellence (PE), and Digital (D) leadership teams.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and facilitate change adoption across global teams.

Qualifications : Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience and Skills :

    Required :

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, systems implementation, or capability development.
  • A strong understanding of planning systems such as ATSM, OMP, and COI / C, as well as supply chain processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred :

  • Knowledge of the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain or Cell & Gene Manufacturing.
  • Experience working with capability assessments and maturity models.
  • Comfortable operating in the space between business process and technology.
  • Other :

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; international and domestic.
  • This position is expected on site at the J&J home location 3 days / week.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $100,000- 173,500 USD
