Stones River Electric is looking for a motivated and results driven Project Manager to join our growing team. ​This position will be onsite in Madison, TN.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising quality
  • Communicating with and managing Service Electricians
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals and timeline
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of projects
  • Communicate with customers and internal team to keep projects aligned with timeline
  • Manage all aspects of job cost for assigned projects
  • Reviewing and submitting customer documentation

Qualifications :

  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience managing Commercial Electrical Project Work
  • Experience managing and leading Field Technicians
  • Cost and risk management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic technology required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to make key decisions under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to delegate effectively
