Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representativea self-starter, self-motivator, and go-getterto join our team. Your main focus will be outside sales, helping new customers understand the value of our services and closing new deals. You may also assist with inside sales and administrative tasks as needed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up on inbound leads and provide professional, accurate estimates.
- Close sales and maintain organized records of all customer interactions, estimates, and follow-ups.
- Answer questions and provide guidance to prospective customers via phone or email in a timely, professional manner.
- Support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives in collaboration with management.
- Take ownership of your territory and consistently work to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
Sales experience is a plus but not required.Experience or interest in agriculture, landscaping, or turf management is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable transportation to and from work.Pesticide license is a plus but not required.Why Join Us
