ACE Hardware Appliance Installer

Ace has a unique opportunity available for the right individual!

We've added appliances to a couple of our stores, and are searching for someone who enjoys variety in their work.

The perfect candidate is willing to work an installation area that extends from our store in Whitewater, Wi to our store in Lodi, Wi.

You may have a very flexible schedule, with some weeks working 20 hours, and some weeks 40 hours, depending on appliance sales.

SUMMARY

The Appliance Installer is responsible for delivering and professionally installing household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens. You'll represent the ACE brand in customers' homes and ensure each installation is safe, clean, and meets customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and install major household appliances at customer locations
• Follow installation guidelines and safety procedures for each product
• Test appliances to ensure proper operation after installation
• Provide basic product usage instructions to customers
• Remove and properly dispose of old appliances as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and care of the company vehicle and tools
• Communicate effectively with customers and store staff regarding delivery / installation schedules
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Candidate must pass a background check to be considered for employment
